François Serres
FRANCOIS SERRES is an international lawyer, member of the Paris Bar since 1979. Former student of the Institute of Political Science in Paris, he also owns a diploma in international law delivered by the Paris Bar. Former Secretary of the « Conference du Stage » of the Paris Bar, he is also registered as a lawyer before the International Criminal Court. He has been the President of the Business Crime Committee of the International Bar Association. He was also a lawyer before the Special Tribunal of Lebanon and of the African Chambers in Dakar, Senegal.
FRANCOIS SERRES has a recognized experience in Public Private Partnerships since the 1990. Through his law firm based in Paris but with an important presence in WAEMU, ECOWAS, CEMAC and CEEAC Regional Economic Zones, he provides advices to International Institutions, Governments and private clients. He is a member of the Working Group of the United Commission for Europe on PPP Guidelines towards Sustainable Development Goals. He is also an expert for the United Nations Commission for Africa and of the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development.
Maître François SERRES is also recognized as an attorney representing artists. He advises artists on contractual matters (contracts with galleries, museums, and public commission contracts).
